Toni Walker

President, Logistics, LLC

With over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Toni is a seasoned expert in Seattle’s tourism and event management sectors. As the owner and President of Logistics, LLC since 1995, she has cultivated deep ties within the community, establishing lasting relationships with major tour vendors, hotels, caterers, venues, transportation companies, and entertainers throughout Seattle.

Toni’s active involvement in the industry is reflected in her leadership roles, serving on the Visit Anchorage Board of Directors and the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center Board of Directors. Her extensive background spans hotel sales, wholesale tour operations, restaurants, catering, destination management, and meeting and event planning, making her well-versed in all facets of the industry.

Stephanie Reid

Director of Sales & Operations

Stephanie Reid joined the team in 2019, bringing a deep-rooted connection to the Seattle area and a passion for creating meaningful, well-executed events. A graduate of the University of Washington, she later raised her three children in Issaquah, WA, while building a strong foundation in community leadership and event planning.

For nearly a decade, Stephanie held leadership roles with National Charity League, Inc., including serving as both a board member and President. During this time, she successfully planned and executed events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale programs of up to 1,000 attendees, while also managing volunteer recruitment and logistics with precision and care. These experiences shaped her collaborative approach and deep understanding of what it takes to deliver seamless, impactful events.

At Logistics, Stephanie leverages her extensive local connections, operational expertise, and creative vision to elevate every program she touches. She is committed to continuous growth, having earned a Project Management Certification that further strengthens her skills in organization, strategic planning, and communication. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys hot yoga and exploring Washington’s scenic hiking trails.

Joan Cahill

Joan Cahill

Director of Incentive, Events & Operations

Joan Cahill has been a driving force at Logistics, LLC since 2016, bringing decades of experience across the hospitality, meetings, and events industries. Her career includes an impressive 13-year tenure with Visit Seattle (formerly Seattle’s Convention & Visitors Bureau), where she held key leadership roles including Director of Special Projects, Director of Sales, and Convention Sales Manager.

She also spent eight years as a principal of a meeting management and event planning firm, further broadening her expertise across both corporate and nonprofit sectors.

She volunteers with Big Table, the Southwest Seattle Historical Society, and the West Seattle Garden Tour. Her commitment to service—both professionally and personally—along with her passion for creating seamless, memorable events makes her an invaluable asset to clients and the Logistics team.

Operations Manager

Cory has been a key member of the Logistics team since 2010, playing a crucial role in the seamless operation of our programs in both Alaska and Seattle. Known as our go-to person, Cory ensures that our décor is meticulously organized, our daily operations run smoothly, and every group we work with receives top-notch service. His responsibilities include escorting tours, event setup, assisting at registration desks, and managing transportation logistics.

Cory’s commitment to excellence shines through in his willingness to go the extra mile, no matter the task. His dependability, team-oriented approach, and exceptional interpersonal skills make him an invaluable asset to our team. Specializing in transportation logistics, Cory has supported all aspects of incentives, corporate meetings, and events, consistently delivering outstanding service to every client he works with.

Taylor Lane

Social Media and Event Coordinator

Taylor, who joined the Logistics team in 2016, brings a wealth of experience in special events, incentive programs, and meetings. Raised in Alaska and graduated from Regis University in May 2024 with a BA in Marketing and a Minor in Visual Arts, Taylor’s deep-rooted passion for showcasing Alaska’s beauty stems from her upbringing in the tourism and hospitality industry. Known for her exceptional customer service and face-to-face guest relations, she excels in supporting the team with enthusiasm and creativity.

Taylor’s key strengths include creativity, a strong desire to learn new skills, independent problem-solving, reliability, and relationship building. In her free time, she enjoys downhill skiing, traveling, dancing, and spending quality moments with friends and family.

Sue Lee

Sue Lee

Operations Manager

Sue Lee joined in 2023 and has supported the team by assisting with transportation services for large groups visiting the Seattle area, helping ensure smooth and well-coordinated experiences. She is a Seattle-based professional with deep roots in Washington, where she was born and raised. She is a graduate of Seattle University and spent much of her career working as a registered nurse in oncology at Swedish, where she also took on leadership roles.

Sue raised her family in Issaquah and has been retired for the past five years. Known for her efficiency, organization, and strong sense of responsibility, Sue is a clear communicator and a dependable team player.
